The Impact of Your Giving
In 2025 alone, Challenge Ministries served 984 men and women, continuing a steady year-over-year increase in impact. Nearly half of our participants are parents, representing almost 1,200 children who are directly impacted when a parent finds stability and purpose.
Through your support, we were able to:
Deliver 720 job-readiness classes, equipping individuals with practical skills for employment
Provide essential resources like bus passes, work shoes, and clothing, removing immediate barriers to success
Offer mentoring, coaching, and faith-centered encouragement that helps individuals stay on track

Participant Stories
Fernando entered our program through a community referral and quickly engaged in job-readiness training. Within just a few sessions, he applied the skills learned to secure employment at a local manufacturing company, viewing the opportunity as a fresh start. To support his transition, we provided essential work gear and transportation assistance. Determined to avoid past environments that could jeopardize his progress, he secured stable transitional housing, allowing him to save money and work toward independent living.
Kelly came to us after completing residential recovery and facing housing instability, eager to rebuild but lacking reliable transportation. With a simple but critical intervention—a replacement car battery—she was able to secure employment and regain momentum. We also provided essential work attire to support her transition. Today, she has stable housing, steady employment, and is rebuilding her life, setting a powerful example of resilience and progress for her family.
Andrew entered our program while facing substance use challenges and legal barriers, initially hesitant to engage. After attending job-readiness classes, he embraced the support offered and experienced a meaningful turnaround—securing employment and maintaining sobriety.
