Class Offerings

  • This foundational class introduces a practical “12 Point Inspection” to help participants evaluate their readiness for employment. Individuals identify strengths, recognize areas for growth, and gain clarity on the steps needed before beginning the job search – building confidence and direction from the start.

  • In this class, participants learn how to complete job applications thoughtfully and accurately, turning a routine task into a powerful opportunity to stand out. From answering common questions to avoiding common mistakes, this session helps individuals present themselves as strong, prepared candidates.

  • Preparation is key to a successful job interview, and this class equips participants to walk in with confidence. Participants learn how to communicate their value, respond to common interview questions, and make a positive impression – before, during, and after the interview.

  • This interactive class brings interview preparation to life. Through observation, discussion, and practice, participants gain insight into effective interview techniques, learn from real-life scenarios, and leave with practical strategies they can apply with confidence.

  • Finding a job often starts with connections. This class helps participants explore job search strategies through networking, identify their personal connections, and discover new ways to access opportunities, expanding their approach beyond traditional applications.

  • Understanding employer expectations is essential for long-term success. In this class, participants learn the key qualities employers value – such as reliability, professionalism, and accountability – helping them not only secure a job, but keep and grow in it.

  • This class focuses on budgeting and financial stability, helping participants manage income, prioritize essential expenses, and avoid common financial pitfalls. The goal is to build confidence in handling money and support long-term independence.

  • Lasting change begins with a clear plan. In this class, participants learn how to set SMART goals and create actionable steps toward achieving them. By the end, individuals leave with a defined goal and a path forward, turning intention into progress.
