Challenge Ministries is growing, expanding our programs to reach more individuals than ever before. Last year, we served nearly 1,000 men and women in our community. The need continues to grow and so does the opportunity to make a lasting difference.

Jamie’s Story Shows How Your Gift Makes a Difference

Jamie was preparing to start a new job at the highest hourly wage she had ever earned. She needed proper work shoes for the job, but couldn’t afford them. Because of supporters like you, Challenge Ministries was able to provide the shoes she needed and prayed with her as she prepared for this new opportunity.

Jamie first connected with Challenge Ministries while homeless, struggling, and searching for direction. She completed our job readiness training and now she is employed, living in stable housing, and maintaining sobriety. These are all steps that don’t happen overnight and they don’t happen alone. You can make the difference.

A gift of $350 provides one participant with the training, support, and resources needed to prepare for employment and overcome barriers to success.

A gift of $100 provides work boots, transportation assistance, and other essentials needed to start a job.
